Privacy Policy
Effective date: 10 October 2026
This policy explains how SpeeedUp handles information when you use its business relationship, communication and data services, including connected accounts.
Information collected
SpeeedUp processes account and workspace information such as names, email addresses, roles and permissions; contact and company records; requirements and interests; conversations, attachments and follow-up information; and operational records such as login, integration and activity logs. Information can be supplied by users, workspace administrators, imports or connected services.
Connected Google accounts
When you choose to connect Google, SpeeedUp requests the permissions displayed on Google's consent screen. Depending on the features and permissions authorized, these include your account identity, Gmail messages and metadata, email sending, Calendar events and Google Chat spaces and messages. OAuth credentials allow the service to access the authorized account; you do not provide your Google password to SpeeedUp.
Google data is used to provide the connected features: showing and synchronizing email conversations, associating communications with business contacts, sending authorized emails, and supporting enabled calendar or chat features. Imported records can remain stored in your workspace after synchronization.
Use and sharing
Information is used to operate the service, organize relationship records, synchronize enabled integrations, support user-requested actions, maintain security and troubleshoot problems. Workspace members can access information according to the service's permissions and sharing settings. Workspace administrators control membership and connected accounts.
SpeeedUp App and Datas can synchronize contact and relationship information for a linked workspace. Hosting and integration providers process information needed to deliver enabled services. Sending a message discloses its content and recipient information to the selected communication provider and recipient. Connecting another application, such as ChatGPT, allows it to access information and perform actions within the access you authorize.
Google data and AI
SpeeedUp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Google user data must not be sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Where an optional AI feature processes connected content, that processing must be limited to the user-facing task you request and disclosed to you. External AI applications also apply their own policies to information you choose to share. Human access to Google user data is limited to circumstances permitted by Google's policies, such as your affirmative authorization, necessary security investigations or legal requirements.
Security and retention
The service uses HTTPS, account authentication and access controls. No service can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained while needed for enabled features and workspace operations, or to meet security and legal obligations. Disconnecting an integration stops future access through that connection but does not automatically delete previously imported records. Copies in backups may persist until those backups are replaced or expire.
Your controls and deletion requests
You can disconnect supported integrations in SpeeedUp settings and revoke Google access through your Google account connections. Contact your workspace administrator for membership, sharing or record changes. To request access, correction, export or deletion of your account or connected data, email contact@vervelogic.com with the relevant workspace and account email. Requests are reviewed after identity and authority are verified; applicable retention obligations will be explained.
Policy changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the service changes. Material changes to connected-data use require appropriate notice and, where necessary, renewed consent. Questions: contact@vervelogic.com.
